I now have the creators update on 2 machines (my insider machine updated to the build automatically). Stability has been much worse than before. I've had to reboot at least once a day since updating. Still trying to get to the bottom of it. My insider machine showing LSASS.exe is high utilization (15-20) all the time until I reboot. It's definately having much more than a 20% performance impact though.

Other one, my apps keep complaining of out of memory.

I updated my laptop (x64 Enterprise) this morning. So far all is good.

Not good. I've got different (HP Laptop & Lenovo Desktop) machines that have updated, and now the OneDrive client crashes after 30 seconds.

No worries, I'll check for an updated client, go to the website and the "latest version" is a lower version number than what I've already got. Seriously, SMH.

EDIT: Leaving feedback now.

I updated a few days ago. I thought everything was working well until i went and changed the default audio device to my speakers, then changed it back to my g35 usb heatset. Now the headset is finicky, it picks and chooses when its going to work. Seems to be an issue with the audio enhancements they introduced in the update, plan tonight is to try and turn those off completely.

I updated yesterday, the upgrade went smoothly and for 24 hours everything went ok.  Then suddenly:

Since this PC was first upgraded to w10 it has had issues with file associations (especially edge taking over .pdf daily), I was really hoping that was sorted.  A complete reinstall might be the only cure.

After fiddling with teh Bluetooth proximity lock (buggy!) the other day, I found I was totally unable to lock my PC anymore.

Windows-L. Nope. Click on Lock. Nope.

Only a reboot cured it.

Only issue I've come across is my monitor isn't going to sleep fully, screen goes black but the backlight remains on instead of the monitor going to sleep

That and (as previously mentioned) the questionable decision to remove control panel from the right click menu, honestly?

Interesting/weird.  I've updated two machines (1 5 year old desktop, 1 10 year old laptop), and now the onedrive client on my desktop no longer crashes as it used to do frequently!  I'm very happy with the update.

Upgraded 5 machines, 2 notebooks, 1 intel nuc, and 2 desktops.

3 machines that i checked so far, lost all file associations, and application defaults (i have to reset chrome to be default browser again).

This happens every larger update, you'd think microsoft would have fixed this after the first major update.

Otherwise, i don't see the point of this update. The major focus being an update to Paint? what the heck?

Sheesh - I'm pretty happy the upgrade crashes on my machine by the sound of it... Rolls back to the working config.

Of course at some stage MS is going to decide my machine needs to be in a constant upgrade/fail/rollback/repeat cycle and I won't be able to do anything about it... But oh well, it's still better than having to use Linux ;-)

Cheers - N

If you folks remember I mentioned my laptop was frozen on the lock screen. Now I think the problem was the keyboard not responding - I have this just happen to me again - both the laptop's own keyboard and the external Logitech keyboard were unresponsive but I noticed the mouse still working - so I used that to just restart the laptop.

I see they've also removed command prompt in favour of powershell in the right click menu as well -_-

Tethered a laptop to a phone hotspot, set as metered immediately and it used 1GB in half an hour of Word.
