Hi!, I'm trying to use an ADSL Modem to connect to internet, but using the usb port, and I don't know where I can find those drivers, anyone knows how to do it?

can you use Ethernet/Network instead of USB?

only a few USB-ADSL modems work in Linux (funny: most of them RUN Linux)

can you paste a 'lsusb -vv' output here?

cool i needed that to see what chipset your modem uses

OK i think i found the driver you need:
http://eciadsl.flashtux.org/download.php

have a read of the tutorial at http://eciadsl.flashtux.org/tutorial.php
the tutorial is for redhat-based systems, so ignore the 'rpm' commands and instead "dpkg -i <that_.deb_file_you_downloaded>" as root

Ok, I allready install the whole thing, but I don't know what are my: VID, PID, and any other data that I should use on the ECI, or where can I find those datas.

here in New Zealand we use 0,100 - just ask your ISP for the VPI and VCI to setup your modem
