I've had to type that word hundreds of times at work over the last year or so, and I'm so glad it's shorter than Renaissance. But agree it's fairly left-field.
The Albany Yoobee store is anything but dark and gloomy, it's well lit with much white paint/counters etc to be seen.
Shapenz: Every retail precinct needs anchor tenants to drive foot traffic - it used to be the supermarkets that attracted everyday shoppers... these days it's Apple stores.
Some of the Westfield's in AU have offered free base leases for a fixed term to get Apple as a hook to drag consumers from competing malls.
