My sister brought a ticket from ticketek and the event was cancelled.I know she will get her ticket price back but do ticketek refund the 'service fee' they charge?
Generally these people will give you a straight up answer if you ask them. If not you can call the Commerce Commission or Consumers and they will give you a straight up.
I think you will find they will refund the price excluding booking fees or transfer the ticket to another session if possible, as has been the case recently with the U2 concert
