Whatever it does, I don't need it. I have one drink every 6 months these days. 

I have never been a big drinker. Six beers would easily last me over a month usually.

But even so, it seems daft to poison oneself for fun. I wonder what I ever saw in it.

I haven't touched alcohol for around 20 years just not worth it with the medications I am on.

Barely touch it.

Over Christmas I had a couple of glasses of shampoo and a Budweiser in 3 weeks.

If you aggregate my intake for a year I reckon twelve 330 ml bottles of beer and a few scotches. Last time I bought a 12 pack in fact, I ended up chucking half of it because it went out of date!

The cost is staggering as well. No objection to spending $150 on a bottle of scotch as it will last me about 5 years. $150 buys about 15 beers in a Wellington bar.
