We have a PowerAll Deluxe to giveaway on Father's Day 2016.

Designed for the outdoor enthusiast, it’s a great travel companion that you can take with you on the go to charge all of your portable electronic devices, such as smartphones, tablets, cameras, camcorders, GPS unit, MP3 players, wireless headphones, and portable gaming systems.

It’s equipped with two 5V / 2.1A USB ports that can charge two separate devices fast and simultaneously. Once devices are fully charged it will go into sleep mode to preserve the battery.

You can use the PowerAll Deluxe with the jumper cables to start your car battery in a matter of seconds. Keep it in the glove box at all times and you can use it multiple times (Up to 20x on a full charge). It alse features an emergency LED flashlight.

My car has been saved twice by one of these in the past. I have an 89 Starlet which does not alert me if my headlights are still on, and I have driven on a rainy/dark day only to arrive somewhere where it is sunny and have completely forgotten that my lights are still on! Roadside Rescue and some helpful people that let me hook up my jumper leads have also helped in the past.

So these would be an amazing addition to my little beast.

I would push my car / do a rolling start! - only possible with friends/family around so this would definitely help for when I'm alone!!

My odyssey keeps going flat been through 3 largish batteries, and never been in a good spot. So this would be great to have.

Every time its gone flat i have walked a few khs or got someone near me to jump us

I would call the AA for flat batteries in our cars.

i would use a kind citizen (i have jumper leads in both cars) or if that wasnt an option use the AA.

Last time i had a flat battery was because my son had turned one of the interior lights on.

So many goodies. I don’t deserve this one either but I’m not too proud to beg. As it happens, I was actually confronted with this situation recently. It was at home. Since I live a long way from anywhere, the AA and friends are not really an option. I do have a jumpstarter, two in fact, but they are both only for four-cylinder engines and even hooking them together couldn’t turn over my 3.5 litre monster with the extremely flat battery weighing things down. So I had to go looking for one of our electric fence batteries, and of course all of them were flat as well. Fortunately the horse knows electric fences so the mere sight of one is sufficient to psyche him out.

Ultimately, the only solution in this case was to put the battery on the charger overnight, which solved the problem. How I would deal with this kind of thing in a different location? The AA is out because I am not a member. Friends are out because I do not carry a cell phone (really). I do have two sets of long jumper leads in the boot, as well as the useless jumpstarter. I guess my solution would be to look helpless until some kind soul took pity and stopped so I could get a boost. Cables are better than nothing.

At home we'd probably call the AA for such emergencies. At work they actually have a portable jumpstart battery because we're a fair way out of town, has been used more than once (not by me though).

I have State Roadside rescue. Had to use them when we got stuck in Auckland a couple of years back.

I actually just joined AA earlier this year after having a flat battery and getting stranded for a bit. So now, I'd just use AA

Have a portable charger which mainly gets used by neighbours with less reliable batteries or vehicles. It has no USB ports which my son and his friends would like so that they a portable battery recharge option when they go out as a group playing Pokemon Go.

Given both cars in our house are automatics push starting is not an option.We also live 1/4 hour from town so call out help isn't close, so this would be very handy. Also were up to our 4th power cut this year and every time phones or the ipad has died while waiting for power. I really should buy a ups or splash out on decent jenny!!

I recently left the lights on twice(!) on the same day last Thursday (admittedly once was in the morning and the other was in the evening)

I looked at joining the AA many years ago (15+) but figured I'd self insure with the savings I'd make not paying annual membership fees (15 years = $928.25). So far the only "callouts" I've had have been flat batteries and running out of petrol once - all easily solved with a phone call to a friend or family member (or kind member of the public)

Last time I got a flat battery I tried to jump start using a UPS battery... needless to say it didn't work so well..

So then it was onto Roadside assistance. Been wanting to get something like this for ages!

My 3yo left the rear interior lights on a few months ago, had to ring my retired parents at 7am to come jump start, thankfully I reverse into garage

The battery never recovered fully from being run dead flat so know it is only time before i have to relive the nightmare
