Hi,

I recently contacted Microsoft to do an return on a faulty Xbox one accessory. They have sent me a UPS packaging slip to send to Australia. However as far as I can tell from the link they sent there are no drop off locations for UPS.

Anybody done anything similar before?

Thanks

Google UPS NZ - lots of offices around the country.

For a Citrix RMA, I just called UPS and they picked it up from our office

For an Amazon Kindle I took the package to the UPS dropoff in Newlands, Wellington.

They probably would have come to my office in the city come to think of it.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.
