He was mentioned on another forum I was browsing last night. It looks like we had a lucky escape from him! I think when he realised he wasn't going to get the support and sympathy he was looking for, he moved on from here (rather than being banned and creating multiple accounts) - but a lot of other forums haven't been so lucky.
