Was trying to log into MyIR using my RealMe details, and it refused my app 2FA, so selected my phone instead, and I got this message.

Yet I could log into the actual RealMe site using the mobile number no problem.

Went back to IRD, and it accepted it with no issues but checking the logs, it showed I had successfully logged in, during my previous attempt.

Anyone else had this ?

In my case I get this error having logged in with RealMe and then press Send Code, their system keeps telling me We can't process your request....

I'd say it's a "them" problem rather than an "us" problem.

Same result as above on the RealMe site itself, so I'd say RealMe is currently broken.

I can however successfully log on to MyIRD using my IRD credentials (ie: totally different to RealMe) and receive an OTP challenge via email.

Attempt 1: Successfully Logged in to myIR using Realme + App based 2FA.

Attempt 2: RealMe says my username or password is wrong (neither was incorrect, this was an issue at their end)

Attempt 3: RealMe says my username or password is wrong

Attempt 4: Tried to switch from App 2FA to Mobile 2FA, "We can't process your request right now, please try again later."

Attempt 5: Successfully Logged in to myIR using Realme + App based 2FA.

Something definitely a bit wonky.

We're expected to have some confidence in this system. Two hours later the problem is still there, you would think they would add a message on their site acknowledging an issue and that they are working to fix it.

Now RealMe tells me my phone number has a bad reputation.

I wonder if this is because I have tried to log on this morning, too many times without success due to whatever is wrong with their system preventing the OTP from being sent, and they have flagged the phone number as bad on that basis.

What a cr%p system.
