There was a time when I could see in any IT seminar/presentations, 1 or 2% female presence. Now it is well over 20%. Sign of change!

I know geek girls... one of them, a friend of mine, is a WoW FREAK... she can't believe the reaction she gets when people find out she's a she, so she tends to keep it quiet, LOL. Her and my girlfriend were IRC geeks back in the day too.
