With the Stuff site, you can put anything you want in the URL after the forward slash that follows that article number and it still goes to the same article. Makes for much entertainment when forwarding links around to people via email.

e.g. http://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/rugby/all-blacks/3806048/Im-a-knob will take you to the above article

These reporters make so many mistakes. I suspect they are hiring young reporters who are cheap to pay. Yesterday I read a story that said that an elderly man was living in a house that was over 1000 square metres in size, but only using $50 of electricity a month. I somehow think they made and error as an avergae  house is only 150 sq metres

I see really poor typos on stuff quite a lot. Bad punctuation too.

Yes, and they wonder why no one is buying the paper. I still get it delivered, but these days, they can't even put it in the box, they just chuck it out of their car as they drive past, so people walking by pinch it.

Well to be fair a lot of people have stopped buying that paper in order to save some money.

I'm really appaled at what they consider to be leading news on stuff.co.nz and there's been some really misleading, sensationalist trashy headlines lately too that really grind my gears.

They make heaps of mistakes in their articles, this isn't the first one i've seen.
Sometimes the sentences just don't flow. Makes it hard to read!

Funny never the less! :)

Bruce Simpson of Aardvark has repeatedly commented on the grammatical errors on the Stuff and Herald websites.

Just saying.

Lol I always get called out on making spelling mistakes when discussing the spelling mistakes of others.

Good thing I'm not claming to be a journo then!
