Hi everyone, let me pick at your brains lol. My old gfx card died on me last night.

This has left me feeling conflicted "oh no I have a short term problem of replacing it" and "yay I finally have an excuse to replace it!"

Could anyone suggest a replacement card? Maybe you know of a great gfx card or have one?

my requirements and limitations;
-I have $250 to splash out on a card, one could stretch that a bit depending on value for money basis.
-Needs to have at least 256mb onboard memory (so I can continue to keep up with the Americas Army upgrades) 
-Needs to be AGP not PCI-E
-Needs to have a DVI, VGA, and RCA or s-video output - so I can use two monitors and TV again for display.
-I would like to purchase it from an online company based in New Zealand (but who can you trust? what if it needs replacement   within the warranty period? would they co-operate? have they co-operated with you in the past?)

And just to show that I haven't dumped all the research on you guys, I spent 30sec googling and found this and I found this could anyone tell me what makes the latter so darn expensive compared to the former?!?  (ah...keep in mind with the last one they seem to be including a game with it, which doesn't help too much with price comparison...)
