Has anyone done the one day Metrotest appliance test course and if so, is it easy?

What is this "metrotest" (or metro test, since you spell in two different ways)? Is this off topic, or IT Pro? Want to know if we should move to another section or keep here.

It looks like electrical registration is not a pre-requisite. Guessing, but most likely it covers correct use of the test instruments and results, and consequences of different kinds of appliance faults. Most of these things are effectively internally assessed and the competency assessment at the end will be kind of guided + repeats for any bits you get wrong.
