there is this cool game ive played on computer you are like these bike car things in this digital arena and you zoom around and a wall of your colour comes out behind you and the aim of the game is to make the other players crash into your wall. Any help would be much appreciated

The game is called Armagetron, you can get it from sourceforge for either linux or windows, I am not sure if they have bothered making one for Mac... oh...and it is free!!! :P
