Hi Guys,

I'm running low on dropbox space so anyone want to sign up for free and get me another 250MB :)

heres my referral link http://db.tt/GFRS0XY6

if you dont know what dropbox is, its an online file sync/backup app.  so if you have multiple computers and you want to share files between them you can install dropbox on all machines then when you add/edit/delete a file on one machine it happens on all of them.  also it versions files for 30 days, so if you make a change you can always go back (including undelete).

the free account gives you 2GB, but you can do some tasks to get more (tweet about dropbox, link to facebook, refer people :))

really handy for source code, if you make some changes, decide it was better before easily go back.

i was using sugarsync, but they only version the last 5 versions of a file (which got me into a jam last night).

i know its a shameless request, but anyone want to help me out :)

TIA

https://www.dropbox.com/pricing

It's a bit steep, US$10/month for 50GB, but if you really need it then it may be worth it.

yeah $5 USD a month for 20GB is more what i would be wanting. dont need that much, trying to get to 5GB, just use it for source code between machines and some photos.

would love if google made a gdrive, i have 27GB on that ($5 a year for 20gb)
