The moto e5 would replace my wife's Hawei P8 Lite. It's a little Lite on a few things.

It's lite on storage, lite on updates to Android, lite on reliability and lite on battery life. It works fine when it works but it gets hot, goes flat, slows down and runs out of memory whenever it feels like it. I've factory reset it and found it works fine until next time it decides to sulk. Then it quickly heads downhill again until the whole sorry sage begins again.

I need a new phone to help me motor and roll along a little longer after bad health news. This phone may just do the trick.

This would replace my Sony that is not behaving as it should.

Oh no, not another end of the world prediction

I'd be replacing my Meizu Note M3 with a cracked screen, which is still running fine, but seems to be permanently stuck with Android 5, and is probably turning into a giant security hole as a result:

Would love a new phone that would sync and display messages on my Fitbit. My old Huawei‘s Bluetooth is not up to scratch and it just won’t work. B....... annoying!

I would like the Moto E5 to replace an old Samsung Galaxy Trend 2 Lite phone. I reckon the E5 will be night and day compared to the old low end Samsung Galaxy Ace.

Cheers.

We all know the earliest old mobile phones were huge - but way back, before that, they were ridiculous:
