I use landline for local calls , my mobile ideos u8150 for mobile calls and Skype from Panasonic TV for VOIP...Yes I will use Time to call if I win Ipad2
Personally I make calls however I can landline, mobile, & Skype love em all... but still have to admit emails via social networks is definitily becoming more common.
I use Verizon Cell (LG Ally), Vonage at home and Google Voice to tie them together. If I don't win this I;ll have to wait till the Android version comes out to call my buds in Oz Land.
Currently have a prepaid cellphone, but calling on it is more expensive to send a txt. Would be in for a plan like the above but need the hardware to be able to do it ;-)
I use my vodafone minutes mostly (but don't make any overseas calls), and land line for overseas. When I want video, I use skype to talk to the kids when I'm away.
I'd be very happy to call the guys at TimetoCall to say thanks for the new iPad2!
Second Hand Telecom ZTE R100, missing backplate and ariel meaning I need to put a speaker cable against the logic board's contacts to get reception outside of the CBD. Cloth tape holding the battery in place which doesn't hold charge for more than half a day and is constantly on 'Low Battery'. I use Telecoms $20 prepay package which includes 1000 texts and 40 Anytime Minutes.
I'm a self employed photographer and keeping in touch with people is very important to me, the iPad would come in handy to display my portfolio and use Adobe Suite apps to control my workstation from the iPad.
I practically never make phone calls, the only reason we have still have a landline is because naked broadband is not that much cheaper to justify the loss of convenience of the land line.
currently i wouldnt try time to call, but if i ever travel overseas i would consider it for reaching home.
Mobile - during the day or when out and about (compnay paid for) Landline - Family members round the country in the evenings Skype - weekends to catch up with friends and family who are overseas.
