richms:simon14: Actually just found some really good ripping software: Express Rip.
Works really well and titles my tracks exactly how I want (unlike WMP that didn't leave a space between artist name and track name in between the "-".
Why would it be putting the artist and the track into the same field to start with?

I would hazard a guess that Simon14 is meaning the file name which is used for the ripped tracks. And yes, that's exactly the way I like my file names too, with spaces either side of the "-". It takes a while fixing it each time I buy some new tracks or rip a CD, but not a big deal really.
I prefer my file names in the format "Artist Name" - "Track Name" because they display nicely on the head units in each of our cars. Otherwise you only see the Artist Name OR the Track Name but not both at once.
bazzer: There are programs, like mp3tag, that will rename tracks based on tags and vice versa. You can set any format you like.
richms: One of the things in foobar lets you rename based on tags or tag based on the name. I havent used it since it changed in the move from 0.83 to the later ones but it used to work really well to sort out untagged but had filenames stuff.

+1. Love foobar2000
I had a look at the screenshots for this, but it doesn't seem to display any Album Art. Did I miss something?
