Unless things have changed, it's about $9-10 in the back pocket for each warranty sold. Then, x amount of dollars for all warranty sales go into a pool, with the salesperson who sells the most getting a large chuck of extra bonus, and the second sales person the left over........ at least that is they way it used to be at the NL store I worked in.. (quite a few years ago tho)
