You mean like a chiropractor? Those guys are snake oil salesmen. I went to one for a month, $50 a visit, three times a week, 3 minutes per visit, no real gain. Six visits to an osteo and I was fixed up better than before.

Asrafrate: It may not be an issue of the bed. Walking helps a lot with this sort of thing, so up the ante if you're doing excercise already.
Edit: Sounds like you're walking lots already. Are you giving yourself pauses to move around inbetween sitting?
timmmay: I'm going to say this one more time, then I'm not following the thread any more.
Right now you're taking stabs in the dark to see if it helps. Go see a professional to help diagnose the issue, work out stretches and changes that can be made to really help you. I suggest an osteopath as the first point of call, though they may recommend others.
