I have a WRP400 Wireless Router with VOIP. While the VOIP is great the wireless router reception is poor and wireless devices through walls only get a marginal signal. The new EA6500 router should fix that.

gjm: what, no way...those keyboards are epic. He should get -1 entry. Our finance team love those things.

Indeed. If he wins the keyboard I bags the Model M!

I need to replace my old Dynalink RTA-1025W router (2008 vintage). There seems to be some sort of incompatibility between it and my S3 phone; my phone can only connect sometimes to this router but has no problems with any other routers.

I would really like to win the router to replace my Vodafone-supplied one. The wireless signal is terrible, and it often drops the signal, which is no good for the printer which needs WiFi to run - every time it resets I have to re-add the printer to Windows as it's on a new IP address. This basically leaves me on 24/7 tech support at home for my dad's business... I've tried all kinds of things, but there is no way I can extend the range of it with the old junk routers I have at home. At the moment it's hanging halfway in the ceiling, and the best place to get reception is to stand to one side of the kitchen!!

Hey wonderferret, why on earth would you swap the best keyboard ever made???? I'll take it!

1# I have a VF router at home but that is nasty 2.4Ghz n and 100Mbit only. Would be good to replace with something a bit sleeker ;-)

2# I have a BT Apple Keyboard and Magic Mouse for my HTPC mac and it's annoying having two things to save from my son. Would be nice to only have to protect one piece of kit.

Looking to replace my Linksys WAG200G. Doesn't give me full ADSL2+ upstream due to chipset conflict with the ISP equipment, and it won't let me run in WPA2, as my Tivo can't connect to anything above WPA on this router. Both problems I asked/had answered on Geekzone :)

Keyboard is a trusty old MS Comfort Curve v1.0. Still going strong, but the A/S/D keys have worn off, making it harder for my kids to type.

Your timing is kind of freaky. I was just looking at various reviews and PriceSpy as I'm over my HG556! I work from home and I'm on my 2nd unit now. I keep loosing connection to WiFi for a few minutes about 10 times a day and it's driving me nuts!

I'd love a new high-speed reliable router to update my network so please consider me worthy and add me to the draw. Laughing

Love your work.

#1 My in-laws have a horrible ancient non-adsl 2 capable modem router that they got for free a few years ago when he first went to broadband, no wireless access, and to top it off they are in a cellphone coverage dead zone (something to do with hills and trees). I really need him to upgrade so there is at least wireless at his house as most of his family who visit have various smart devices. So in the spirit of giving,  when (sorry if) I win I plan to give my trusty TP-Link wireless modem router and replace it with the new shiney from Geekzone!

#2 My wifes current PC keyboard is a rather bland looking HP generic thing. The Rapoo would be a much snazzier upgrade for her, especially she has limited room on her PC desk.

We went like this. he went like that. I say "Where'd he go?" Hollywood says "Where'd WHO go?!"

I have just added another item to the pool: two copies of My Little Geek ABC Book.

This picture shows the incredibly hi-tech virtual keyboard I am currently using. I would love to try this one with the OTG kit. However it'll most likely replace my aging Apple Keyboard on my PC, lasted me over 5 years so done me proud!
