well... if chorus can make that false claim (a map that says >10Mbps broadband), why cant the rest of us ;)

Well you could always answer " the chorus website says it is in the 10mbps zone" in that situation.

It's up to the new owner to have done their homework.

I wouldn't move into a property that didn't have UFB running past it these days. We've had a number of potential customers who have found themselves in a BoF subdivision without knowing the consequences involve (up until recently) being locked to one provider.
