I want to buy a 55" TV to replace my 40 but haven't quite finished paying off my bed yet and I refuse to have multiple interest free debts on the go.

I have a few but mostly, the Chorus SAT blues are all the same hard to work out the key as to what's available at a glance, secondly, my new S4 which I ordered Saturday, won't probably arrive till Wednesday!

EQC................... and the $12k they owe me.

Not to mention the $12k I owe Visa after completing the repairs myself.  Mainly because EQC told me I'd receive a $12k payout Nov last year.

Now I enjoy $200 a month in interest fees.

Thanks EQC your awesome.

Wrong Thread - we are talking about first world problems. EQC is a third world problem.
Heres a recent quote about 2nd world Chile and their February 2010 earthquake.

"Today, Concepción looks different from the day Nauhm and the firefighters arrived — barely a trace even remains of the Alto Rio.

Infrastructure and housing reconstruction projects began across the country immediately following the devastating earthquake.

As of January (2013), the Housing Ministry reported that 62 percent of the total proposed reconstruction projects have been completed to date, with 30 percent currently underway. The remaining 8 percent have yet to begin.

The government said it hopes to be completely finished with the reconstruction by March of 2014.

In Concepción, approximately 68 percent of all rebuilding initiatives have begun.

Ned Strong, the director of Harvard University’s David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS), which is heavily involved in recovery efforts, said the physical reconstruction efforts in Chile have been well conducted, especially in comparison to the ongoing projects in Haiti and post-Katrina New Orleans.

But, Strong added, there are many other areas the government can improve on in the recovery process, including providing therapy to those affected.

“Right after the earthquake, victims were dealing with enormous loss,” said Strong. “It’s difficult for the government to recognize, but trauma is a significant issue among victims.”

Our f##king uselss council has repaired, by March 2013 6 housing units. Yes thats Six, not 60 or 600 but a fricking usless 6 and they crow they expect to get another 70 done by Christmas.

Sh&t you've got my blood boiling again. Best my rant stops now before I have a coronary

Edit - my coronary wil be caused by EQC the useless dolts - not your post
