Tobacco products don't do it for me - I have no objection to smokers and smoking, I just never have.
Craft beer is good. Discovered "Hop Zombie" last week at the Fork & Brewer..... yumm.
A nice wine - cold and white in summer, robust red in winter, spiced & mulled when it's freezing.
A good film, and dinner in good company.
In fact my idea of a perfect evening at the moment is into town with friends, a quick snifter, a good film, then dinner somewhere reasonably priced and cheerful followed by a few craft beers.
Maybe a nice scotch once or twice a year - I'm not a big spirits drinker.
