I'd be pretty keen on heading down with a car load of other Jaffas, if anyone else is keen.

Absolutely keen, but the UFBA conference is on the weekend of Nov 8-10 so I'm out for that weekend!

psychrn: Anyone local want to get together for  for a Geekzone Social event at some stage in the next few weeks??

Is body armour and close protection provided for the trip into the city?

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Just rock up to any bar, tell them you're from Auckland, and several of the locals will volunteer to take care of you.

Plus the City Council sponsors free morning-after penicillin shots, just turn up at the Council buildings and ask for Julie.

Ha! Yes, I know - city is the most hilariously applied descriptor in New Zealand. There really is only one, yet so many towns use the term I can only assume it is some sort of hipster irony or something.
