Make a time with your boss to discuss.

He is probably unaware you are not happy with doing 7 days straight (I assume you are paid by the hour?).

Tell him your concerns, put it in writing and ask for a solution. He should come to the party - he probably does not want to lose you but you need to make him aware of your concerns.
