The address given on the website appears to be real to some degree but no street view. You could consider posting to a Malaysian forum. English is widely spoken and Malaysians won't be happy about that either.

A letter to CIMB and or threat of that might be a good thing. But if this outfit are using someone else's account and paying a 'transfer fee' that won't really slow them down much. They just stop using that one.

I think you mentioned earlier the Mergia site itself is only three months old. Chances are they just run one as long as they can and then move on. Could be nothing to do with Malaysia apart from the bank account.

This site has a list of sites hosted on the same IP address:

http://www.statscrop.com/tools/reverse-ip/?ip=93.188.160.29

One or two of those appear to be asking for Facebook usernames and passwords.

I doubt that the business is based in Malaysia. The address does not seem right to me.

You might want to post this in: http://forums.hardwarezone.com.my/ or http://www.lowyat.net/

TT or cash payments only and hotmail or other free email addresses for agents and employees at webstores is a big no-no for me, so far, in all my dealings, this has been the first sign of trouble to come.

Good luck, but I suspect that you will not see your money again.

As pointed out, paying with PayPal or CC at least allows for return of your money, even if it takes a few months. I would suggest however, you look for an escrow service for future payments.

Good luck.
