Also IME to date, excellent customer service.


And a much more pleasant experience than dealing with a big box retailer. To be honest the only thing I would buy at a big box retailer these days would be whiteware, and maybe a TV which fortunately is stuff that only needs to be replaced every ten years.

I got 10% off the macbook pro from DSE.  Cost was around $3300 and I got it right away. 

If I'd bought from the website I'd have paid $3600 and had to wait for a week or 2 .

Buying online is usually more pleasant qualified by it also being price competitive.
