The list i have is westermere, herne bay, possibly western springs, orakei, remuera, tamaki drive, mt eden, bayswater, devonport.
they would prefer to cycle to work than bus, in fact they are use to trains and found the concept of buses a bit disturbing. cant blame them, stop start brake for more than 10 mins makes me angst lol.
they dont really need 2bed. 1 bed would do but preferably not something run down. if older, thats ok if its tidy.
isnt auckland now the most over inflated market in the world? cost of living vs housing cost. the banks keeping that bubble the same size, dont think anything will happen while the same budgets are in place.
they are coming from Syd, so its no biggy price wise. we are lucky we do have some bike paths in some suburbs. tamaki drive is fabulous.
