Just bought a couple of shirts and a jacket at Harfords at the end.

Thank you all!

Wife thinks I have too many suits but I wanted something more casual. Waiting for jacket sleeve to be adjusted as I am not one of long arms...

At one time I had about twenty different ties. That was a long time ago when I was younger too.

Now I rather dispense with the ties.

I thought polo shirts or DC comics t-shirts and black jeans, with Converse Chuck Taylors, was the de rigeur casual uniform for the Geek?

freitasm: Thanks folks. Yes, looked at Rodd and Gunn as well as Kirks too.

Rembrandt at Kirks was close to $900. Vance didn't have a great selection of colours but I liked the fitting on a couple of coats. Closer to $500 here.

I am thinking this is pretty much everything except tailor made stuff.

The Rembrandt's factory store is just opposite Queensgate.   I'd start there first.  I've bought several jackets from them over the years.

I got one from Salvation Army recently for $10, perfect condition and I always get loads of compliments when I'm wearing it.
