Looking at that house on google maps it's fair bristling with antennae. His wife is more tolerant than mine! Apart from the obvious VHF yagi, there's vertical (probably HF), and at least 3 dishes in the back yard. Assuming the yagi is rotatable it must surely be over the boundary when it's aimed to the W.
All that aside, you need to establish if the interference happens when one of the antennas is transmitting. It could easily be something else. At my property I had something similar for ages and it turned out to be a faulty spa pool nearby. Most ham operators are fairly particular about this sort of thing.
There's also lots of RF going on at the reservoir.
