Also, I use 12 hour 99% of the time, and always conversationally. I only use 24 hours for work-related communication, usually when there is a time zone difference too.
Doing your best is much more important than being the best.
Behodar: If you really want to get confused, try to figure out why Windows uses "AM" and "PM" in the US, but "a.m." and "p.m." in NZ. Apple does the same sort of thing except it's "AM/PM" vs "am/pm" there.
freitasm: Geekzone uses the 24 hour format.
But it also uses some other timezone rather than NZ time. Just a personal bugbear. I'll get over it :)
