Im one of those people that has about 200 email addresses with free hosts etc. This was the result from one of my addresses i used for every sign up. Along with others. Also had the same pass for all the accounts. Fortunately no sensitive information at all in those mail boxes. Literally spam boxes to sign up for free crap.
I also share passwords with different accounts, though I have different ones for different levels of security. I also have several emails, some disposable, others only used for memberships. I have never had any issues at all, though I realise I may have just been lucky. My security tends to be fairly basic and simple. The underlying principle is to be different, not to do the things most people do so assumptions made by bad guys don't work. I also have fake credentials I use for sign-ups, so things like birth date, etc. are not the real ones. I don't do financial stuff on-line so my profile is pretty low. I only use a debit card and I control the balance on that account, so I can never lose more than that. I also have some other tricks I won't mention here, but after very many years, I can report that I have never been hacked and I almost never receive spam. I do get a little on my gmail account, which exists for that purpose, but not much. I had a scam mail or two on my regular email account, but nothing else and that was quite awhile ago.

Sure you didn't have something like Opera MAX VPN turned on or similar?
These all route you via their proxies and you get these warnings from odd places.
Facebooks 2FA sucks. Especially if you manage two or more accounts. This is because you can only use one phone per account. If you try to use the phone on the other, it deactivates they other one.

That is because facebook are quite clear that its supposed to be a one account per person thing. If they suspect you have multiple they will make you close all but one of them.
I would certainly want multiple accounts to feed to American border control officials since they are planning on demanding social media passwords.

It's not good though if you are managing accounts for businesses, and the business owner doesn't want a facebook account. Or if you don't have a mobile at all, and share one with a partner, like many older people. Googles system allows you to share the mobile across multiple accounts. You can also have business facebook accounts without a personal one, and I don't think it allows you to share the mobile with that either.
