@Starscream122 You are probably still connected to the Vector northern network. Which used to be part of the same power board as the North Shore. So what I have said earlier would still apply.

If you are unsure wether you are in Vector northern or Vector Central. Just ask yourself if you get sent the yearly Entrust refund cheque. If you don't get it, you are in Vector northern.
