  • It was working when it left.
  • The customer refused a test-flight.
  • The customer shipped it overseas (by his own admission) without verifying it worked
  • The customer has had it over 3 weeks.

 

 

Honestly, any one of these points would allow you to argue against a refund.

 

All 4 points really makes him look silly for even asking.

Unless you're in trade, you owe him no warranty AFAIK - caveat emptor.

Thanks everyone get involved, I feel thrilled by getting your support. I sent the buyer's email yesterday per Mauricio's comment, he didn't come back to me so far. Hope the problem gets sorted as well. If anything happening in the future I will Keep you guys updated, tanks again.
