I don't know what support from NL store you have been in trouble but yestarday I went to Lower Hutt NL and the manager was awesome, sorted my issue with themarket very easy, thanks for that to him.

I have been trying to deal with their online store. So not a physical store.

Me too, yes, online store is unhelpful, they follow instructions, they are puppets, but as @tripp suggested a personal contact might help, helped in my case.
