Odd shoes and socks.

Same style but different colours. Socks match the shoes.

I recently found myself working on a 12 month contract for a client who actually had a formal written dress code.

They forgot to mention matching shoes so it was all right in the end.

Rock up with one loafer and one high heel and that will shock 'em.

Probably give you a sore back but it'll be worth it.

I read "model engineering" and immediately leapt to the conclusion that your "thing" is making robotic Heidi Klums.

I drive a silly car, which is very noticeable.

I wear foam ear plugs almost all the time, which is a little noticeable.

I wear socks like maybe twice a year, which is not noticeable at all.

Gardening for me, getting a rep with friends and family. Was a mild interest at our last home, but where we are now, its a lot bigger, and landscaped so Ive upped the ante a great deal. Learnt a lot, but still working on making maintenance more efficient.
