Shouldn't it instead say 'from $18' as it looks like it is for sale on their 'marketplace', but it is $18. Also it is used. I recall this before years ago so I don't think it is a new thing.

That'd be bait advertising. If their normal price is $20 advertising at $18 with limited supply and then having it available at a higher price from another supplier would be bait.

Got a response.

However, because our Marketplace listings are linked directly to our own stocks listings, this means items that are unavailable will show up again in our search due to this.

We do this so that customers who are interested in buying the item can easily find this, whether the stock is available at our warehouse or with another seller!

However, I do agree this can be a little confusing as you would expect to find only in-stock listings this way, so I will pass your feedback onto our Marketplace team to be looked into!

Our Marketplace is hoping to have a few new updates in the future, so I will escalate this for you to ensure this aspect is looked into :)

I'm sorry again for the disappointment and frustration with this, and please feel free to pass on any other queries you might have in regards to this!

Makes a bit of sense, but some sort of flag on the search results would be better to indicate only used items are available.... guess I'll wait and see if anything happens :)
