@GPz. I don't know if you are a hearing aid user, but if you are you will know the business is an intricate nightmare. It seems that brands and retailers are constantly being bought and sold in an effort to concentrate the market, probably to the detriment of the consumer. If you pay full retail these things are stupidly expensive.

 

In my case I used House of Hearing, which after I stopped using them, was taken over by Bloom, hence my name is on the list.

I’ve become super cagey about giving my details to anyone anymore. Was going to an event and found that they had given the ticketing to Humanitix.

 

Asking for details which I found were irrelevant to me buying a ticket. Decided to read their Terms of Use. So they say they give all their profits to good causes, but as far as I can see they can also use and keep my info for as long as they like and they are aligned to Google and Microsoft among others. It’s a world wide outfit with a large number of employees. I decided it’s real business is information gathering. Maybe I’m wrong but the buried wording made me suspicious.
