This would be used to replace our ageing Sony 42" TV in our lounge.
It was apparently a Smart TV once...

That's a beautiful display, that will be used as a big ass monitor. OLED is exactly what I'm after as a replacement for my aging displays.

Replace one of my kids non smart TV's

I'm a geek, a gamer, a dad, a Quic user, and an IT Professional. I have a full rack home lab, size 15 feet, an epic beard and Asperger's. I'm a bit of a Cypherpunk, who believes information wants to be free and the Net interprets censorship as damage and routes around it. Our three year old is going through a throwing phase. Unfortunately our lounge TV was not up to playing catch with a drink bottle. I would be very keen to watch TV again without a large black stripe across the middle. I will supply the sheet of Arcylic to protect it this time!

This would be a perfect addition to my home study refurbishment - just the right size to fit between the lego display shelves and the high performance specs would mean I can keep the wife happy by moving the PS5 out of the living room and into the study! Everyone's a winner!

The non smart TV in the bedroom remains unused by grandchildren as they tell me it’s too old for their games and doesn’t stream Disney+

that would be an ecumenical matter

I'd mount it to the wall in the spare/gaming/office room and use it for some PS5 and PC gaming.

As basic of an idea as it is compared to others, A 42" OLED would go perfect as an upgrade to the (2010 era) 32" LCD bedroom TV

I think this would work great as a replacement for this aging and failing little Samsung.  Would love to wall mount something bigger and wire up to the security cameras for wifey when I am away travelling for work - this will also improve the 'wife acceptance factor'.   I think it will be good also to run 4K fish tank shows to keep our mentally impaired cat entertained, poor thing only has 1 brain cell.

Bonus picture of TV that did not like playing catch. Bluey just isn't the same any more...

What an amazing prize!

I have never owned a new TV, I have an old second hand LCD model. A new OLED TV will be great for watching films and gaming.

I would give this to my grandparents.

I was utterly shocked when I saw a quote for a Samsung S95F on their table when helping them pack to move house.

I had a few stern words to them! That salesman would've been rubbing his hands together I bet...

This would be a great replacement for our aging tv, or for the workshop if I can get it past the family.

I'd use the new TV to replace my 13 year old Sony Bravia TV.
