It’s common knowledge the nz post service times for economy don’t start on the day of pick up, it’s the next day….

so Wednesday would have been day 1. (And remember it’s working days not weekends and public holidays).

Normally retailers advise 3-5 working days.

Saturday 29th is apparently the "agreed delivery date"

Lets get this right.

1) You ordered an item during black Friday time of year.
2) They let you know there may be shipping delays due to black Friday and the number of sales.
3) You were fine with that
4) Expected date for delivery was today
5) Item was delivered today.
6) .....~~Profit~~.....
7) Complain online about the service BEFORE the expected delivery date, you were 100% fine with.
8) insert a quote from Chlöe Swarbrick here <....>
