And yes, all the mega-band hype aside, I count myself as a strong Metallica fan.

There is a Metallica tribute band forming here in the bay soon I believe.

I auditioned for one here in ChCh (vocals) and got in the top 3. The people planning it though have gone silent, I think their plans fell apart.

Nahh, I lack the gun :(

While I'm not so much into it anymore, I also used to be a huge Metallica fan.
Was not very happy to find my Black album has been eaten away by CD rot! >:(
