I use the TimeTracker firefox plugin for internt monitoring, not that it does any good :P
(along with pageaddict)

Hmm, i wonder if my previous employer would still be suffering from a lot of the technical faults if I hadn't crowd-sourced the info here?! This kind of "journalism" just makes me laugh.
