No it's not.

I was a lecturer last year on an NZQA L5/6 (Uni level) computing diploma. If any of my students submitted work typed like that, I would have returned it without assessing it, and given them the opportunity to make it readable before I assessed them as 'not competent'.

I mean come on, we are not the spelling and grammar police here, but capitalising every word in a sentence? It looks like ass (technical term), and makes people want to not help you, and instead discuss your capitalisation issue...

Hey guys talking of security camera DVR systems does anyone know of how to get a Swann DVR4 1000 to download on to a pc? i have had nothing but trouble keep getting told that ther is no vineyard formatted storage device detected. It connects via USB there is no ethernet connection and i am running windows vista.
