I am currently using an Iphone 3gs mainly for communicating between local friends through texting and calls within the local area. However, I will definetely try using the app!!! For long distance of course :)

I rarely call anyone, If i do,  Skype on the PC mainly, landline for phoning takeaway etc, also have a prepay mobile for those trying really hard to get hold of me. Mobile prices are still far to expensive in New Zealand.

For local calls within Auckland, I use Slingshot land phone.

For being available for people to call me within NZ (and from anywhere in general), I am online on 2 degrees on prepay. They provide great value for my calling needs.

For international calling ( India and US), I use Jumblo ( jumblo.com). I am happy with their rates to India. I believe they are THE cheapest. Calls to US are absolutely free!

I use iPhone 4 and if I win iPad2, I don't mind using Vonage and spreading the word. I should be loyal to at least someone who gives my dream gadget  for FREE! They will win my heart and I do everything possible to promote them within my circles and in social networks I participate :-)

Cheers,
Chai

For calling businesses and friends within Auckland, I use Slingshot land phone as much as possible because it is FREE.

I use a land line.  I also have a mobile phone (not a smart phone) that I use when not at home or for domestic long distance calls.  I also use Google Voice on occasion, but that is more just for fun.  I have an international calling card with a zillion minutes on it that I use with the land line when making international calls.  Eventually when those minutes are used, I will probably switch to Google Voice.

If I had an iPad or iPhone, I would be willing to try the Time to Call app.  I have about $20 dollars worth of itunes credit that is just waiting to be used.

I currently use a Droid X for almost all communication. No more land line for me! I'm in love with my smartphone. Just waiting for the day that it can "beam me" somewhere else in an instant, Star Trek style.

I WOULD try the Vonage app if I won the iPad. I'd call my faraway friends who are currently living in Brazil. Would love to hear all of their fabulous stories of travel adventures so I can be even more jealous.  =)

Thanks so much for the chance to enter!

I use Ooma Telo for what used to be my landline calls (now free VOIP calls) -- saves me US$35 per month on phone bills. I do have an iPad (1) and want to upgrade to iPad2, so thanks for the contest -- will definitely try the new Vonage TimeToCall app!!
