Currently i have the Sanyo 8400 stuck on the old network , i did have a GR500 imported from over seas but it screwed up and im stuck with a xt sim card that has unlimited texts that i cant use :( , nothing good about my sanyo it just a simple phone i cant enjoy Apps or anything like that
So, back in the mists of time, I got a Nokia 'Blue Brick'
Well, either I bought it, or pulled it out of a stone and became king of England, it was THAT long ago.
See the wear on the buttons? Over the last couple years, the up key stopped working, which made navigating a pain. Then, worse, the hash key stopped, making predictive texting impossible. Lame.
Around me, everyone was getting awesome phones. I lost so much prestige that a coup was organised to remove me from the throne of England.
Now that I'm gainfully employed, I thought I could get a non-terrible phone. How wrong I was. Instead, I got a LG620f:
Looks nice, right? Well, in the three months I've owned it, I've sent it back to the store twice
- The first time, because it wouldn't recognise when you'd taken the headset out, so I had phone that couldn't make calls. There's probably a very pissed off taxi company phone operator somewhere who I called about 4 times before I figured this out. - When I got it back, the keyboard was malfunctioning, so I had gained the ability to make calls, but lost the ability to text. Marvelous.
And even with those problems fixed, I still cannot figure out how to import playlists onto it, because it runs android 1.5 and there seem to be exactly no good media apps for it. Spectacular.
I'm still dreaming of a non-terrible phone - maybe it's a Milestone?
I have a boring old Telecom XT R100: And I write android apps so getting my friends to test them is not ideal so having a phone that can run my apps and that I can also use for web browsing is great!
I am really trying to get my wife onto Android and this would be the perfect start.... If only I could prise the Nokia out of her hands... Maybe while she is sleeping..... Hmmmm....
My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.
Have had a plum n95 since late 2008. A great phone for its time but is getting pretty old now, especially noticeable is the really short battery time - needs a charge every couple of days with barely any use.
Currently looking for good deals on touchscreen phones with android.
My first mobile was a Motorola MicroTAC, it was a brick compared to the current models, I have always liked Motorola, pity they didn't make any decent phones until now.
I have a Nokia at present! help me get away from the crap OS

Still rockin' a Nokia 1100. It still sorta works. It also has a flashlight.... wow!! I think the '0/Space' key on it has broken my thumb!! I have to press the hell out of it for it to even respond. Makes for interesting 'non-spaced' txting. ;)
Please bring me into the modern age. Thank you!!! :)
I have a Nokia 95 - it wipes the floor with IPhones up until recently. Nice to see they finally caught up with front facing cameras and copy / paste - only four years late to the party, but its aimed at 15 year old girls I suppose.
Would consider upgrading to Android now though....
I have a Sony Ericsson K750i phone, it's been awhile now like 5 years ago since it release. Still using it. n lots of friends using XT Now.. so might be a good time to switch to XT if manage to won this lucky draw!
A very simple, but very reliable Nokia 1110i on 2degrees. Guess I should come into the 21st century and get a "smarter phone than a 7th grader". One day ....
