Where are the facts stated that he gave 90% of all proceeds to the artists? Im surprised thats not splashed all over the news, a journo's paradise. If he gave 90% to the artists then all of the artists are in breach of contract. I hear what you are saying, and your reply is based that this is all 100% factual, but it doesnlt really add up to me.

Um, that's actually how the system works. You allege crimes in an indictment to get the accused into court for a trial where you have to prove the allegations.
Not just in this case, but in every case.
