Oh I'm keen. Worst case I can hang the CD from the ceiling to catch the sunlight and watch all the pretty colours :)

Oh Windows 8 for free, that'd work out well for me as there was $0 in the budget for a windows upgrade.

"You are getting sleepy, your eyes are becoming heavy, your computer is running slower... and slower... You need to upgrade. When I click my fingers you will wake up and immediately go and buy a copy of Windows 8 for every PC in your house."

My wife's computer has a vista that would be enhanced by having a windows 8 to look through!

Ah yes, Windows 8
to get it free would be just great
otherwise I'll just have to wait
cos you see, I'm a real cheapskate
my curiosity it may abate
I hear use of it may frustrate
maybe the programmers we should incarcerate
"Balls-up" is a term with "Microsoft" many equate
but I'll give it a go, goodness in me is innate
So thanks Mauricio, you're a mate!

The box is pretty, would look good as a piece of art, plus it comes with a shiny circle thingy.

I love the split personality of the cover and the split personality of Windows 8... Wait, who are you... What are you doing here... Get out! Argh! I hate it when my personalities fight...

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

An auspicious day for a geek birthday - its the demo date for date formats in Excel, and if you're using US software, it is celebrated over there as Pi day: 3.14

And if you look at 3.14 in the mirror, it looks like PI.E :)
