The retailer was PBTech and they were good to deal with on this warranty claim.

 

 

They are not good. never have been, right from the first store in Ellerslie.

 

Again I say go read gpforums retailer rankings.  Not to mention the news..........

PbTech _can_ be good to deal with sometimes.. they can also be an absolute nightmare.
