Maybe the quality of comments is better on local articles. Stuff started Neighborly - isn't that the place for this now?

I am sure in a few years it may well be all the world information i need along with FB pages of cute animal pictures.

Anyway that Stuff's new comment policy doesnt apply to Neighbourly - is to me a direct contradiction to their rationale for implementing it on Stuff.

If they think Neighbourly comments are acceptable, then why not implement the same user registration system at Stuff for comments?
